BUILT-IN 50 MM

INDIA is a built-in flyscreen made of fibreglass mesh. The built-in system allows installing the flyscreen inside the frame, making it invisible as it becomes part of the window. INDIA is fitted with reversible side rail: it can be fixed on both sides of the counter-frame or on the frame.  For installation, use the appropriate adjusting profiles, available in two versions: upper adjusting profile, already included with the product, which can be installed on the window frame or on both sides of the counter-frame and lower adjusting profile, optional item that can be installed on the bottom of the counter-frame or used for its adjustable function.

If the ordered measures exceed the maximum granted ones, some or all of the pins might be removed after carrying out the technical feasibility check so that we can manufacture the screen. In such case we cannot grant the resistance of the mesh to the wind push.

The special reversible side rail and the upper adjuster allow you to choose between three fixing modes:

  1. to the door/window frame
  2. to the bottom of the counter-frame
  3. to the outer side of the counter-frame
If you do not have 50 mm of fixture available, you can opt for this lower adjuster. Its special function allows adjustments from 35 to 48 mm and its safety lock prevents the end user form accidentally changing the adjustment made. This small detail ensures perfect installation every time.
It's a special safety device, manufactured by us, that allows slow and gradual retraction of the flyscreen, preventing any dangerous impacts in case you loosen the grip of the handle bar. We always recommend this device, especially for spring operated vertical systems; the hydraulic brake is mandatory for systems over 2 metres high.
We created two special side rails (80 and 90mm wide) consisting of two sections that allow us to easily combine the flyscreen system and the roller shutter system: the first section is fitted with brushes and a special conveyor for roller shutter sliding (14x55 mm profile) and the second one allows the insertion of 50 mm built-in flyscreen systems, such as Delta, Sigma, Omega, India, Africa, Miniscenica®Incasso. This special rail is fitted with a housing that allows easy installation of all our built-in flyscreens that do not exceed 50 mm, including lateral flyscreens that require anchoring systems at the top. Models India and Africa use lower adjusting profile for installation.

We try to meet all the requirements with our built-in system. This aluminium bracket connects the door/window frame and the blind, leaving enough space for the installation of our 50 mm built-in systems. This way we can assemble the whole system during manufacture and then simply mount the assembly and the window/door frame, the flyscreen and the blind, gaining significant time.
